Shipping

We ship via USPS and UPS. Most items (except custom or monogrammed styles) on the website are ready to ship. You can expect that you will receive an email confirmation that your package has been shipped within one business day. Your package usually will arrive between 2 and 7 days after you receive your shipping confirmation email. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been shipped, but please contact us if this happens and we will do our best to work with you to resolve the issue.

We accept returns of unused and undamaged merchandise retaining all original packaging that were purchased on www.WOOLIGANS.com. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange. All returns must be accompanied by the original order number. The original shipping and handling costs with an order are not eligible for refund.

A return or exchange will be processed once it has been received at our studio and its condition has been deemed in accordance with our policy. WOOLIGANS reserves the right in our sole discretion to deny returns/exchanges that are found not to be in accordance with our policy.


Shipping of Returns/ Exchanges:
For returns and exchanges within the USA, WOOLIGANS will issue a prepaid label when a request is requested via email and includes valid reason for return or exchange. For returns for a refund, the cost of this label will be deducted from the refund amount.

Custom Returns:
We love collaborating with you on custom items, making them as unique as you are! Whether it’s a monogram or special print request, these customizations take extra time and care. Since these personalized are made to order, there is no refund or exchange allowed once the design has been purchased/approved. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to work on something special for you!
